Cure for Blindness

A cooling lens of coloured glass, like a bottle of orange, concentrating to an inch of light, another bottle after that, and another after that, and a bottle lens at the front to capture the light, and crystal at the other to kill the glare next to the eye. This would stretch the eye forward, lift and seperate in 7 unequaly fine directions to assist, pushing backwards.
